To place an order, do I have to be registered on gruppobaretta.com?
No. Our offers are also reserved for members who are not registered on the site. You only need to enter your data for shipping.
How can I change my login details (email, password, etc.)?

Can I cancel an order I've placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent, it can no longer be cancelled. If you have had any problems during the purchase, write to us at info@gruppobaretta.com and explain what happened. We will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible.
How can I return a product?

I received a damaged or unwelcome bottle: how can I return it and get a refund?
Our courier is very careful to handle delicately the packages sent by Gruppo Baretta to its members. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at support@gruppobaretta.com or info@gruppobaretta.com and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as soon as possible.
In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or modify your address at any time: just click on your name at the top right in the header section of the site. From there, you will have access to your personal data panel and you can modify whatever you prefer.
What kind of payment method can I use?
You can use Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay), you can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay.
Is my data safe when I make a payment?
With Gruppo Baretta you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum degree of privacy.
What is the credit card CVV code?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.
I requested an invoice but I didn't find it in the package. How can I get a copy?

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
If all the products in your cart are "ready for delivery", the order will be shipped within 24 working hours and delivered within 24/48 hours (working days).
Can Gruppo Baretta ship internationally?
To check the countries we ship to, open the drop-down menu when entering your shipping information.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
Of course. In your personal panel, in the "Order History" section you can follow the path of your package, from our warehouse to your home. Furthermore, when your order is confirmed, our forwarder will send you an email and an SMS (if you have provided your mobile number) with the status of your package.
How much does it cost to ship a package?
The shipping cost will be displayed in the "order summary"
What if my wine tastes corked?
This will never happen with us. We only use the best single-piece cork stoppers selected by our team of experts.
